Sunnyside Bed & Breakfast Policies

Check In/Check Out: Check in 4pm. Check out by 11am. Specific requests may be taken.


Cancellation:  We require a non-refundable, 50% deposit by credit card for reservations.  As a small B&B with limited availability, cancellations affect us dearly.
